The proposal is for a two phase residential scheme on a former pub and garage site in Hertfordshire.

The masterplan comprises a total of 46 two bedroom units, which cascade down the site to bridge the scale between an adjacent two storey house and four storey apartment block. The apartments are laid out on a dramatic curve which addresses the corner plot.
