Grayling Thomas have been appointed as delivery Architects for the redevelopment of a site at Cassington Road in Yarnton. This involves the creation of 5 new light industrial / commercial office units with associated parking and landscaping.

Grayling Thomas have been appointed as delivery Architects for the proposed 5 unit B8/B1 unit at Cassington Road in Yarnton.  The units total approximately 24,000 sq ft of accommodation primarily for light industrial and commercial office use.  Grayling Thomas are responsible for the RIBA Stage 4 works which also include Contract Administration/ Principal Designer roles.  The project is due to commence in 2021 and completed within a 7 month period.
