Master Planning of Independent School

Grayling Thomas are working alongside a local independent school in assessing their current and proposed estate requirements.

We are looking in depth at the suitability of existing buildings and longevity of roofing and cladding systems as well as improving and expanding facilities across the school site. The expansion options include boarding houses, sixth form accommodation, lower school and dining accommodation, expansion of sport facilities and studio and hall spaces and expansion of administration areas.
