Trees do not hinder Planning approval of 4 class block

We are delighted to receive detailed planning approval for the new classroom block at St Martin’s Catholic Academy in Leicestershire.

The new block will accompany a four-classroom block which was granted consent last year. The site is amongst a variety of existing trees and these were retained as part of the design strategy. The classrooms are due to be built off site by modular construction and these will be shipped and erected on site within a six-week programme of works.
