Over £14m CIF funding secured for Academies and MAT’s
Grayling Education Surveys are your specialist partner for MAT’s, Academies and Independent Schools delivering Condition Surveys, Architectural Design, Funding Bids, Estates Strategy, Master Planning, Property Management and Construction project services.
We work with MAT (Multi Academy Trusts), Academies and Schools to help fulfil their ambition to improve their estate and raise school standards. We work closely with Business Managers, Headteachers and Governors to identify priorities within the school sites and how best to achieve and secure funding for individual projects.
To date we have secured over £14Million of CIF funding for Academies and MAT’s for Condition and Expansion projects. We will assist the whole process of submitting a CIF bid, taking all the pressure off Business Managers and Headteachers.
We are also able to prioritise and plan the School Condition Allocation (SCA) Academy Estate for MAT’s.
We work with Independent Day and Boarding Schools on a broad range of property related services including Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Architectural Design, Masterplanning, Premises and Space Assessments, Planning Applications, Project Management and Construction.
