Cost Planning

Managing cost is an important part of any school project and we are very aware of the limits of School budgets and Funding.

Our team of Architects and Surveyors are very experienced in Cost Planning for Schools and we will regularly report to School Headteachers, Bursars, Business Managers and Governors as required to keep projects on track. 

We can produce detailed schedules for Cost Planning purposes and these are regularly monitored throughout the duration of a contract.  We can also advise on Contingency and any damages clauses within contracts.

We also regularly work alongside Quantity Surveyors and can advise on their appointment.
