Structural Engineering

At Grayling Education Surveys we work with several Structural Engineers to advise on property matters affected by structural elements, e.g. cracking, structural faults, adding mezzanine floors to existing structures, underpinning etc.

Understanding the structure of a building is a fundamental part of the maintenance of a building and we can advise through Structural Engineers and Condition Surveys of any impact this will have on the future ongoing maintenance of a building and rectification that is needed.

We also work with Structural Engineers on new projects either involving reconfiguration of existing buildings or new blocks in their entirety.  We have over 22 years experience of working with Engineers in this manner and can advise Schools on measures necessary to obtain Building Control approval and Construction methods suitable for individual schools.
