Annual Maintenance

Grayling Education Surveys can assist you with your Annual Maintenance Inspection and help Schools to prioritise the Condition of Premises and Equipment in a legible annual report.  This report will include a maintenance regime and costings that is easily presentable to stake holders such as Governors etc.  Our surveyors are able to visit your premises during term time if necessary and identify any areas of significant concern and/or requiring maintenance. 

We understand how difficult it can be to keep track of ongoing maintenance items and Grayling Education Surveys are able to fully assist schools in this process.
