Premises Assessment and Space Utilisation

We are highly experienced at assessing Premises Space Utilisation and we are able to record these against the recommendations within Building Bulletin 101. 

The result of the survey is that it will identify areas which can be re-allocated, enhanced or improved and this information can be utilised by the school itself or subsequently used towards any funding and bidding processes.  We are experts at creatively utilising space and maximising the scope of school budgets. 

This process can be taken from existing drawings or new detailed drawings can be prepared by Grayling Education Surveys for individual school blocks etc.

Utilising the on-site information we are able to provide an accurate space analysis of your building with recommendations for improvements of space utilisation where required.
