CIF funding (Condition Improvement Fund)

We have secured over £14 Million of CIF funding for Academies for both Condition and Expansion projects.  We are highly experienced in the CIF process and can advise on the early stages of development of a detailed CIF bid.

We work closely with Academies and small MATs on the development of their individual CIF bids and we work closely in partnership with schools to take a burden off the whole CIF bid submission process, including helping complete the CIF applications at the school premises.

Recent successes for CIF funding include a £4 Million 15 Laboratory Science Block, a £5.5 Million Special Needs School, a £1.2 Million teaching block and a replacement £500K Classroom Block.
