The project was to obtain planning permission for a Cotswold stone house by utilising an existing 1960’s bungalow, overcladding with Cotswold stone and building a second floor above the main structure.

The resulting property is an impressive 5 bedroomed house with open plan kitchen and dining area, overlooking the Cotswold hills.

A new oak fully glazed entrance provides a double height space to the interior, leading to the open plan spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms above.

The project also entailed the conversion of outbuildings used for garaging, additional accommodation and a gym.
