Stone Barn redevelopment, Northamptonshire

Residential

The development was the conversion of 3 stone agricultural barns, the removal of a dutch barn and the addition of 5 new properties, ranging in size from 2-5 bedrooms.

The properties are arranged around a new farm courtyard, to provide an informal rural setting to the development.

Existing openings have been retained to the barns, with new glazed screens and windows inserted within these openings.

A similar aesthetic has been carried through to the new individually designed houses, which are constructed in local stone with natural slate roofs and timber windows.
