Redevelopment of redundant agricultural site

Residential

We were approached by a local farmer to redevelop part of his village farmyard complex, with the intention of converting the barns and agricultural land into private housing.

Following a successful planning application the new proposal centres around a new central courtyard, with buildings arranged around the perimeter in a traditional farmyard arrangement. These combine a mix of 2, 3, 4 and one 5 bedroom homes, each individually designed. Each one utilises natural stone, slate and glazed screens in a modern, barn aesthetic.
