Saxley Court apartments

Grayling Thomas Architects are delighted to have obtained detailed planning consent for the new build of 29 apartments following an extensive pre-application process with the Local Authority.

 We worked closely with fellow consultants Heathwall, Avison Young and Stantec in arriving at the approved scheme. Detailed studies such as daylight analysis, verify views, acoustic, overheating analysis etc were submitted as part of the detailed and complex application. We are thrilled that the finished building will be built to very high energy efficiency standards and will occupy a prominent site in Horley with outdoor shared amenity space for the residents.
