Managing the Construction of a project on site is a significant part of any scheme and we are highly experienced in managing and co-ordinating this role on behalf of Schools, Bursars, Business Managers and Headteachers.

Acting on behalf of an educational establishment we are able to compile Contract Documentation, make recommendations for Builders and manage the whole construction process from appointing a Builder through to handing over a completed project on site. 

Our aim is to take the pressure away from the School in terms of daily management and working alongside Builders and Specialist Subcontractors. We can also recommend forms of contract between the School and Builders for these works.

Our experience also includes reducing any impact on the Education environment for pupils and staff during Construction works and we have successfully delivered many projects which have had little, or no, impact on the day-to-day running of the school which we see as a key aspect of our role.

We are experienced in assessing Health and Safety matters which are a key priority with any school environment and, where possible, designing out any risks at the early stages of projects in close collaboration with Consultants and Contractors.
