The project comprises a detailed feasibility for Cyberweld to accommodate their new purpose built welding and assembly premises on a site within Southam Business Park.

The proposal is for a 14,500 square foot B2 commercial unit with a 1500 square foot B1 office space, incorporating an articulated vehicle turning yard, loading bays, staff/ visitor parking and landscaping.
