A new sheltered emergency housing scheme has recently been submitted to West Berkshire Planning department for our clients West Berkshire Council.
The proposal is for 5 new apartments built to Lifetime Homes and HQM standards and these will replace an existing property on the site on Bath Road in Calcot, Reading.
