Old Oak apartments

We are pleased to see the handover photographs of our work with Gleeson Build and Develop in Romford which includes the completion of 9 individual apartments created from the refurbishment to the Old Oak Public House including site extensions.

 The site has been developed closely with the Local Planning Authority and includes a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom apartment set over 3 floors. The existing building is of local significance and key historic features such as the external brick moulding, chimneys, fascias etc which have been retained and recorded during the construction of the scheme. The result is a stunning range of individual apartments with private terrace balconies and flexible open space
