The new Boarding House at Chalk Hill School includes 12 bedrooms and bathrooms and incorporates Common Rooms / Lounge areas as well as Administration and parent and visitor meeting areas.

The boarding house is South facing, within a curved building to address the site contours. Projecting bay windows punctuate the façade which faces a heavily landscaped outdoor space to the south and courtyard to the north.
