This project is part of a broader Farm Diversification initiative and involves the renovation of a former dairy barn in Chipping Norton, which was originally part of a farm smallholding. The building will be transformed into flexible commercial office space while preserving its historical agricultural character.

Planning approval for the project was secured in 2023 after extensive pre-application discussions with the West Oxfordshire Planning Department. The renovation includes the partial demolition of an adjacent structure, fully revealing the original dairy block. Careful attention has been paid to maintaining the integrity of the dairy barn, with minimal intrusions such as internal alterations and the addition of windows that enhance functionality while preserving the building’s existing character.

The project also features a dedicated driveway providing direct access from the main road, ensuring ease of access for future occupants.
