Grayling Thomas Architects are proud to present a two-phase residential scheme located on a former pub and garage site in Hertfordshire. The masterplan includes 46 two-bedroom units that cascade down the site, effectively bridging the scale between an adjacent two-storey house and a four-storey apartment block. The apartments are arranged in a dramatic curve, perfectly addressing the unique corner plot.

Key Features:
- Dual Aspect Apartments: Maximising natural light and cross ventilation.
- Cascading Green Roof Terraces: Providing sustainable, green spaces for residents.
- Highly Insulated Building Envelope: Ensuring energy efficiency, complemented by MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems.
- Modular Design: Optimised for off-site construction, ensuring quality and reducing build time.

This project demonstrates our commitment to innovative, sustainable design, creating a visually striking residential scheme that enhances the local environment and provides high-quality living spaces.
