This project is a mixed-use community space in Oxfordshire, designed to serve as a hub for local residents of all ages. The building is intended to foster community engagement by offering a central meeting space, visual arts facilities for classes, and two large rehearsal spaces that cater to the high demand for youth theatre activities in the area.

In addition to its arts and rehearsal functions, the building supports charitable uses, including offices and self-help spaces for various organizations. The design also incorporates residential units on the first and second floors, which will be available for rent to theatre performers and local groups.

A large workshop area is included in the building, dedicated to the creation of scenery, props, and other theatre-related activities. This workshop is strategically placed adjacent to the main road, featuring an open window that offers passersby a glimpse into the inner workings of the theatre, enhancing public interest and engagement.

The building emphasizes sustainability and environmental integration, with living habitat roofs, ample natural daylight, and ventilation. On-site parking is also provided, catering to both users of the space and the general public. This project is designed to be a vibrant, multifunctional space that enriches the cultural and social fabric of the Oxfordshire community.
