 The project was limited to a tight timeframe to enable students to move in to the building at the start of term and we worked closely with contractors Crofton Interiors to achieve this aim, providing support for Planning, Building Regulations and Project Management of the scheme through to handover.

The project was valued at £470,000 and was constructed in 16 weeks.

We worked with GTA and the team on a refurbishment of a community space into a specialist primary unit. 

 

Despite the tight time frame, Andrew worked with us to redesign initial drawings and make the best use of space providing two classrooms, toilets, office space and group areas within a matter of weeks.  Everything from planning application to handover was effectively managed.
