Grayling Thomas was appointed to conduct a feasibility study for a new small industrial unit located on the outskirts of a site in Oxfordshire. The proposed building is designed to include a ground-floor garage servicing area, complemented by an office space, as well as an additional small office on the first floor.

The project also features on-site parking and a newly constructed access point to the main highway, ensuring convenient entry and exit for vehicles and staff. This feasibility study is a key step in evaluating the potential and practicality of developing the site for industrial use, with a focus on functionality and accessibility.
